This is how martial artists

July 27th, 2010 admin No comments

This is how martial artists stand, it is a solid base.

2. Do not fidget, fiddle, or touch face

What do you normally do with your hands? Twitching and fidgeting is very unattractive, look around and see it in other people. It makes you look nervous. Keep your hands by your sides. Place the thump on the index and middle fingers, this removes the natural need for the fingers to constantly be doing something.

3. Don?t look down

Keep your head up. If you need to look away, look up, never look down, it?s a sign of weakness and also looks unattractive. You can observe this in others. Looking down even has been proven to have a bad effect on your mental state.

4. Make slow head movements

High status males everywhere, on film, in business, and in your social circle have certain things in common.

Sun cream a good tip as course predicts a Saturday sellout

0 Comments | Racing Post (London, England), The, June 26, 2010

Byline: Graham Green

RACEGOERS have been urged to arm themselves with sun cream as the weather looks set fair for today’s John Smith’s Northumberland Plate, with officials anticipating a sellout crowd for Newcastle’s biggest meeting of the year.

Clerk of the course James Armstrong said yesterday: “We spiked the whole course last night after racing, and the mile straight down to the mile-and-a-quarter start was watered today when we put on 5-7mm.

“This evening, after racing, we will water the remaining back straight. We will probably put on 5mm there, and hopefully that will hold the ground at good to firm.”

A Met Office spokeswoman said: “It will be a largely dry day and although there is a chance of a few isolated light showers in the afternoon, they will be few and far between. You would be very unlucky to be caught in one of them.

“The temperature will be around 23C but, in the sunshine, it will seem extremely warm, and racegoers may be advised to take their sun cream.”

There are still tickets available for the Premier Enclosure, but Armstrong said: “I would advise people who want to pay on the gates to arrive early to avoid any disappointment, because with the way figures are going, we would expect the meeting to be close to a sellout.”

If you want

July 25th, 2010 admin No comments

If you want people to read your blog on a regular basis then you have to make it easy for them to do so. Having an “enter your email here” box is a nice start. But if I have 25 blogs I read, I am not going to want 25 different emails coming to me each time someone updates.

5. Writing for search engines and contextual advertising is not the best way to make money. Sure, you may get a few adsense clicks here and there but do you really think that people will come back for more if your sentences read like “I think you should make money with your financial payday loan so you can work at home and be rich with this banking information that I will give you for more money.” To put it simply, write for people-not for machines.

Last season Brighton struggled for goals

July 25th, 2010 admin No comments

Last season Brighton struggled for goals and perennial substitute Colin Kazim-Richards was the club’s leading marksman with just six goals.

Manager Mark McGhee has tried to combat this during the summer by signing striker Alex Revell from Ryman League outfit Braintree Town. The former Cambridge United striker netted 36 goals last season. McGhee has expressed a desire to sign a target man but chairman Dick Knight revealed Preston North End striker Daniele Dichio turned down a move to join the club. Norwich City manager Nigel Worthington dismissed speculation linking Brighton with a move for the Canaries former Cardiff City striker Peter Thorne, who scored just one goal last season.

McGhee has been boosted by the news that goalkeeper Michael Kuipers, who was dropped from first team duties in January after a series of outbursts, is now back in contention after apologising to the manager.

First, for all you

July 25th, 2010 admin No comments

First, for all you know you might have prostate cancer as you read this right now and not even know it; that’s why it’s critically important for all men to constantly undergo tests for prostate cancer. Statistically speaking, the second leading cause of cancer death in men, who live in the United States and Canada, after lung cancer, is prostate cancer. While it definitely has caused impotence and urinary problems for many people, there are still many men who have had surgery for prostate cancer without it causing them impotence and without any form of urinary complications or difficulties. There is a new kind of treatment for prostate cancer which is known as Gene Therapy; it is said to help in bolstering the immune-system of cancer victims, thereby defending against cancer. If you are suffering from prostate cancer right now, I want you to make up your mind that you have to spend every minute of everyday thinking of the best ways of fighting the prostate cancer, rather than being depressed all day. Radiation treatment for prostate cancer works very well in damaging the cancerous cells and stops it from spreading to other parts of the body, but… and that is a big but… it also damages healthy cells necessary for other functions in the body. Don’t hang around people who are always dejected about their condition; instead hang around people who are optimistic and working hard to get rid of their prostate cancer; such people who are always dejected about their prostate cancer condition would only bring you down to their level; you need the optimistic people to help you come up with ways of fighting the prostate cancer and staying alive. Orchidectomy, also known as surgical castration, involves the removal of the testes of the prostate cancer victim. There are several prostate cancer charity organizations that help with funds for research, help to take care of prostate cancer victims and provide helpful information and resources to help victims out; with the help of such prostate cancer charity organizations, you can have the necessary support you need to be able to handle the prostate cancer. Finally, some of the prostate cancer treatments work and can be the difference between life and death for you.
